Bawdsey Manor - PGL
On Wednesday 5th November, Year 5 pupils embarked on an exciting three-day residential trip to Bawdsey Manor, and what a fantastic time they had! Nestled on the Suffolk coast, the manor was the perfect setting for three days of fun, friendship, and adventure.
From the moment they arrived, the children were buzzing with excitement. They took part in a range of outdoor activities including archery, climbing, and team-building games. One of the highlights was the giant swing, which lifted pupils high into the air before releasing them into a thrilling swoop that had everyone laughing and cheering!
Evenings were just as fun, with campfire songs, marshmallows and hide and seek. The children showed great teamwork and courage, trying new things and cheering each other on. Staff at the school were incredibly proud of how everyone supported one another and embraced the challenges.
By the end of the trip, Year 5 returned home tired but full of happy memories. Bawdsey Manor was more than just a trip: it was an unforgettable experience that brought the whole year group closer together.
